Office-Based Surgical 

NY OBS Consultants has been providing services to Office Based Surgical offices in NY and other states in the US since 2007. We work with different medical specialities such as; plastic surgery, urology, pain management, gastroenterology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, podiatry and dentistry.  Our services include:

• Analysis of the professional appearance of the medical facility designed to carry out surgical procedures including the identification of those areas that need alteration to meet accrediting standards, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act, ADA (American Disability Act) regulations, NFPA codes local, state, or federal law.

• Assistance in the application process.

• Full training of staff and assistance for completion of tasks.

• Manuals such as the Policy and Procedure, OSHA, Quality Assurance/Surveillance, HIPAA, CDC Guidelines, ADA Manual, Preventive Maintenance Logs, and the Surgical Case log will be provided.

• A complete three (3) hours of annual in-service and full implementation of OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.

• Providing assistance for maintaining an updated SDS Manual. (Safety Data Sheet).

• Initial credentialing and re-credentialing of medical staff and physicians of the facility.

• Providing assistance for composing medical chart and other medical documents needed.

• Random chart audits will be implemented every visit.

• Mock Survey will be implemented to assure the standards are met.

• Providing assistance in the general safety of the facility including emergency protocols and facility drills.

• Presence on the day of the Initial Inspection.
